[AGENT++] Free MIB Checker with 2nd Generation Parser

The 2nd generation SMI parser that will be part of MIB Designer 2.x,
MIB Explorer 2.x, and JASMI 2.x is now being beta tested in the free MIB
checker service available at:
http://apps.agentpp.org/mibtools/MIBTools.jsp

Testing your MIB file with this service is appreciated - in particular 
if you
report back any problems you encounter (for example error code "0000"
messages) ;-)
