[AGENT++] Authoritative EngineID Cached by Snmp++ ??

Hello All,
I noticed that the autoritative engineID is being cached by snmp++ due to 
which snmpv3 queries are failing ? Is there a way to clear the cache ?


For example : Setup the pdu and utarget with an engineID
using:
utarget.set_engine_id(enId);
pdu.set_context_engine_id(enId);

and do a snmp v3 query , this works.
Now lets say the engineID and the user on the agent changes and the manager
sets up another user with no engineID should not the snmp++ discover the 
newEngineID.
