[AGENT++] SNMP v3 Issue ( Unknown Security Name )

Hi Jochen,

	Sorry, it seems somebody modified the snmp++ source to support
multiple passwords for the same username based on the remote engine id.

	for eg,

	Device-1 --> user1 --> pass1
	Device-2 --> user1 --> pass2
	Device-3 --> user1 --> pass3 

	Since, i tried to do without specifying contextEngineId, it is not
able to find the user for that engineId & fails with unknown user.

the code you sent was modified (various params engine id have been
added). You can get the original version from
http://www.agentpp.com/snmp++v3.2.9c.tar.gz
