[AGENT++] Is it possible to return error from RowStatus set function?

Hi Frank,

Thanks for looking into it. The problem seems only existed in 
RowStatus::set() function. For normal table columns, I don't see problem 
when return SNMP_ERROR_  at table_col::set().
