[AGENT++] Can't free Vb when value is set.

such strange errors are often caused by incompatible compiler settings
used for the libs and application.

So verify that all projects have the same settings and do a complete
clean rebuild of snmp++/agent++ and your application. And verify that
there are no old shared libs (.so or .dll) somewhere in the linker path.
