[AGENT++] MIB2 Implementation

Are there any OS-independent (Win and Linux) MIB2 implemenations 
(1.3.6.1.2.1) compatible with agent++?  Specifically, I’m looking for 
the following:

  system        {.1}
  interfaces    {.2}
  ip            {.4}
  icmp          {.5}
  tcp           {.6}
  udp           {.7}
  dot3          {.10}
  snmp          {.11}
