[AGENT++] Upgrading Agent++ and SNMP++

Hi Ahmad,

You can check the version in the CHANGES.txt file
and in the header of each source file.

Regarding SNMP++ and AGENT++ you can simply download
the latest version (check the AGENT++ change log for
compatible SNMP++ version(s)).
