[AGENT++] non-repeats and max-repetitions in SNMPv3

How to read non-repeats and max-repetitions values from PDU in SNMPv3?
In SNMPv2c we just read errstat and errindex from pdu and it works, in 
SNMPv3 these values are zeros.
I don't see any other way in snmp_pdu. Is there any?
I checked snmp_parse_data_pdu - it reads just zeros and puts them in 
errstat/errindex.
Is it working for you?
Do you have any suggestions what may be wrong?
