[AGENT++] Support for IPv6 in Windows.

Hi,

I am trying to build the SNMP_PP dll with IPv6. But I saw in the code
#ifndef WIN32
#define SNMP_PP_IPv6
#endif

Is it not supported for WIN32?
What has to be done for the support for IPv6 in SNMP_PP dll in windows?
