[AGENT++] ask for a usage for notification_log_mib

Hi everyone:

Now,I wanna use the notification_log_mib to record the nofication sent to 
management station.
I'm taking a glance at source code of it,and I find 
req->get_security_name().Dose it mean that 
this class just can be used only in the context of SNMPv3?
