[AGENT++] extracting MIB file from my agent

HI.

I have build and agent that will monitor and configure status and settings
of number of network cameras.

There are many variables in agent's MIB I I would like to know how to
extract that MIB (or root parent of that part of MIB) so I can import it 

In some NMS like LariotPro or OpenNMS in Linux. Do I have to use some tool,
like MIBDesigner to first create MIBs?
