[AGENT++] MibTable-derived objects and AgentX++

Here is what is happening when I snmpwalk the table OID
(1.3.6.1.4.1.23668.1043.1.4.1.1). Snmpwalking MibLeaves works just fine,
and seding traps works as well. The only problem seems to be the
MibTable-derived, update()-filling dynamic tables.
