[AGENT++] MIB Designed can't compile MIB

Hello.

I used MIB Designed to build a MIB and used the "Check the current MIB for
Errors" button to check the semantics of the MIB

And it gives me OK (MIB is semantically correct). However when I try to
compile it it gives me 

Lexical error at line 1, column 1. Encountered: "\u00ac" (172), after: ""

(I would also send you the mib but I'm concerned about attachments here)
