[AGENT++] How to separate instance id from Complete OID

Hi All,

 

 We are implementing SNMP agent using agent++ According to our
requirement we need to split the index part from the total OID.

For example if users wants to query the  3rd instance of ifDescr .So the
OID user will be sending  1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.3   (1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2
is the OID of   ifDesc and  3 is the row index).

 

 

My question is  there any way/api(provided by agent++ ) to separate
1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2 and 3
