Hello.
Yes, I actually meant SMIv1/v2 , and I need it 'couse we are building simple data gathering server witch 
must have ability to load MIB tree so the end user can choose the MIB branch he wants to set/get not to
input OID by hand. 
You say, AgentPro can do it? Thanks, I'll look in to it.

Hi,
  
  AGENT++ has not built-in SMI parser (I think you meant SMIv1/v2 when you
  wrote "ASNv1-2"?).
  Depending on your requirements, you can use AgenPro, for example,
  to generate stub code for you.
  
  There is nearly no reason for loading MIB information into an
  agent at runtime. The only exception is a simulation agent.
