[AGENT++] setting 2 rows in a MIB table in a single request.

Dear All ,

If I try to set two rows in a MIB table in a single PDU request, the
operation is successful but only first row gets added, My question is why
second row is not added. If we can't add 2 rows in a single pdu then error
should come but it doesn't happen. Please let me know if you have any
reasoning for it.
