it seems that I have not explained the matter clearly in my last post
and I am sorry for any confusion that might have caused. Here is the
answer to your question:

There is no such function in SNMP++. You have to use Agent++ to achieve
this.

Agent++ includes sample code to implement SNMP-Agents. That is a good
place to start.
