Right, I should have included that information in my report.  We are
using:
SNMP++ 3.2.21a
AGENT++ 3.5.27b
AgentX++ 1.4.15

I don't see any entries in CHANGES that obviously suggest that any mutex
problems were fixed after these versions, but I of course may have
missed something.
