[AGENT++] Question on sending traps

Hello, 

Is there anyway to set the time interval for traps to be sent out, such
as once every 10 seconds or so and no sooner (to reduce problem with
bandwidth issue)?  We could develop a separate tool that queues traps
and send them out periodically at a configurable interval but we wonder
if there's a built-in mechanism in Agent++ that can easily achieve this.
