[AGENT++] snmp++ v3 variable-binding problem

Hi,
 
    I am working with Windows.
    I run the snmp++ consoleExamples: snmpGet/Set programs with the -v3 parameter, 
and catch the packets with wireshark,but when I check wireshark, the variable-bindings 
sames not correct,it shows: variable-bindings: 0 items, why can't I get the vb value by 
wireshark,what shuold I do to get the correct result?
