[AGENT++] Porting from net-snmp

Hi guys

i am novice in Agent++ programming where i can to get examples how to easy
migrate from net-snmp MFD tables to AgentXSharedTables,
i don't understand how to load table from external storage (data is external
to my subagent) and how to put it back to external storage on change.

standard snmp++/agent++/agentx++ packages doesnt provide good examples,
