[AGENT++] Cannot compile SNMP++

Hello, is anybody here ? 
I'm using Windows XP and I have a project which I'm writing with QT Creator. I have created a lib project and added all the sources and implementations from the library ( the files inside snmp++/src and
snmp++/include/snmp_pp to it ). I'm trying to compile it, but I've got a bunch of errors :
