[AGENT++] howto port agentX++ to a new OS

I want to port agentX++ to Green Hills OS (on PowerPc).
We want only start a subagent.
I guess that the Network stack adaption will make the most trouble.
Has someone ever ported the snmp++ lib to a new OS and can give me a  
hint?
