[AGENT++] Cmake project files for AgentX++ and it depended libs

I have provided the Cmake project files for all Agent++ libs and  
examples.
Cmake can generate just all kind of Makefiles and projects for most  
IDE's.

You can download if from:
http://www.cmake.org/cmake/resources/software.html

All parts can be consistent configured and build.
After that it can be installed (static or dynamic libs and header)
It is also possible to cross-compile the libs.
Optional, if Doxygen is installed, the docu can be generated too.

Is someone interested to test it on solaris or HP.
I can give you zip file with the Cmake configuration files.

I have used it on Apple, CYGWIN, and Windows with MVS2005.
