[AGENT++] snmpget: Unknown user name (Win7 64-bit)

Hi all,

I have just finished downloading all the new code and building everything on
64-bit Windows 7.  I installed "agentX++win32master.exe -i AgentXPPMaster"
and also ran agentx++win32master.reg.  When I try to run a simple snmpget, I
get an error.  I get the same error no matter if I use 127.0.0.1 or
localhost.

>snmpget -v 3 -u MD5 -A initialPP -l 2 localhost 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0
 snmpget: Unknown user name

I thought that this username and password were already defined?

I am also unable to get any response using SNMP versions 1 or 2.  I always
get a timeout.

Any help is appreciated.
