[AGENT++] How to use ProxyForwarder to forward requests to external snmp-daemon or another oid?

This class looks as the one I've looked for.

As far as I interpreted the #defines at the begin of both files,
MibProxy and ProxyForwarder couldn't coexists. Am I wrong
there? In this case I have to fix the configure.ac and send
you a new dist.
