[AGENT++] Mailing list maintenance

Hi,

The AGENT++ and SNMP4J mailing list server will move now
to a new server farm. The mailing list addresses remain
the same and you will receive a mail from the list
when the server is back again (approximately on Monday
September 13th).

Until then, please do not post to the list. The archives
might not be reachable too.
