[AGENT++] error mscv

HI All

Here is the packages of files downloaded from the website
But while compiling the static lib in msvc  it tells me :

Impossibke to start the program /libdes.lib
the file specified has a binary format, is nor recognized or not in charge
(I did translation from frensh to english it might be something else)

Can someone tell me how to avoid this error ?
