[AGENT++] SNMP agent stops responding after a change of IPaddress

Hi Jochen,

Sorry, my mistake. It works fine actually!
I double-checked and this is my TCP/IP socket that connects to another
device that was misbehaving when IP got changed. The SNMP/UDP part works
very fine, actually!

what constructor of Snmpx are you using / are you listening on 0.0.0.0?
Do you get any error log of agent++? Does linux show that the agent 
still has an open UDP socket?
