and also would need to call register on each SET-able MibLeaf on scalars
like in sysGroup().

Is it possible to register for the Group containing scalar Leafs, or for
the Group containing Tables, so that no-matter what got changed, new row
or a value-change on SET-able Leaf, my MibEntry MibE_A gets notified?
