[AGENT++] SNMPv3: USM: Unsupported SecurityLevel

Hello,

I receive "SNMPv3: USM: Unsupported SecurityLevel" when I set SNMP version to SNMPv3:

Traps are being sent successfully with SNMPv1 or SNMPv2.
