[AGENT++] Query related to usm user row status

Hi,

I ran the example code cmd_ext_mib in agent++-4.0.2/ . Then I tried to set
the row status of MD5DES user to 'notInService'.  I verified  that the
rowstatus value got updated correctly.

Now I tried to get the values using snmpget as MD5DES user and I got the
response. Here I would like to get clarified that the even when the MD5DES
user is 'not in service', how is that I able to get the reponse when
queried.

Another question,
After sometime the row status of MD5DES user got automatically updated to
'active'. how does is set to active and why?

Could you please clarify these above mentioned two questons,
