[AGENT++] Getting SNMP++ to talk to Cisco routers via SNMPv3 3DES or AES

for AES, please try with the SNMP_PRIVPROTOCOL_AES128W3DESKEYEXT 
(...192... and 256) protocols which use the class PrivAESW3DESKeyExt.

3DES was working from other reports. In order to analyze it, I would 
need packet dumps for wireshark with debug output of snmp++.
