[AGENT++] #define ON 1 in config_snmp_pp.h

Hi,

Somewhere between snmp++-3.3.4 and snmp++-3.3.9, config_snmp_pp.h has had the following added :

#ifndef ON
#define ON 1
#endif

Can I please request that this is removed from future builds - I don't see it needed anywhere and I'm not sure #define-ing such a common
word is a good idea!
