[AGENT++] Help

Thanks. Yes, there was a mistake in one of the very few changes I made to the agent.cpp file. However, it has been corrected and I see the correct OID in the request debug output. However, the manager still gets nothing back.

There must be another mistake. Will pursue that in the morning.

Regards,

Mostafa

Hi Mostafa,

The error is mot likely hidden in “the way how you replaced the ‘mib name’”. The name of the MIB is not relevant for the SNMP protocol. Only the OID is relevant. Maybe you changed that not consistently.

Best regards,
Frank
