[MIB Designer] Free Upgrade to MIB Designer 2.x

MIB Designer v2.0 is about to be released in 3rd quarter 2005.
Customers who have purchased MIB Designer v1.x on or after
May 1, 2005 are eligible for a free upgrade to v2.x.

One of the new features of version 2.0 will be an improved
parser that reports the errors in a MIB file in a list instead of
only the first error.

Questions or feature requests regarding the upcoming 2.0
version are appreciated.
