[MIB Designer] Odd syntax check from MIB compiler on single character description

Hi Phil,

I have updated the JASMI parser which now correctly
differentiates DISPLAY-HINT and DESCRIPTION texts.
The next MIB Designer release coming in 3-4 weeks
will include those changes. You can try them already
with the online MIB validator at:
http://www.agentpp.com/mibtools/mibtools.html
