for download from:

The new Lite edition comprises all features essential for
browsing, configuring, and debugging SNMP devices as well
as editing and exploring MIB specifications. Although packed
with innovative features you will not find anywhere else, a
MIB Explorer Lite user license is already available for $99
or less (check out the quantity discounts).
