[MIB Explorer] Mib query

Hi,
  Initially when our enterprise specific mib was compliant to SNMPv1, in the Linux environment the objects with syntax as 'DisplayString' returned the respective value within double quotes on an snmpwalk
  eg. snmpwalk -v1 -cpublic 172.31.5.102 usage ----returned----
        STRING "management"
       
  Now I converted the mib to be compliant to SNMPv2 standards, as such now I would be importing the 'DisplayString' from SNMPv2-TC. Now when I give the same snmpwalk in the Linux environment, the same object returns me the value but without quotes. 
  eg. snmpwalk -v1 -cpublic 172.31.5.102 usage ----returned----
        STRING management
  Is this the exact behaviour?
