Ian,
If you have already the bytes then you can
create a byte array and assign the values
for each byte. Then you can use the
OctetString(byte[]) to create an octet string
from it (which is a Variable).
If you have the hex string as shown below,
then you can use
Variable v =
OctetString.fromHexString("07:D4:08:11:0F:30:00:00:2D:05:00",':');
