[SNMP4J] Example Agent

Hi Hector,

Unfortunately, there is currently no example agent. Although,
an agent API for SNMP4J is currently under developement,
you can start writing your own solution based on SNMP4J.
It comprises all necessary components but nothin more.

A good starting point is the CommandResponder interface
as documented here:
http://www.snmp4j.org/doc/org/snmp4j/CommandResponder.html
