[SNMP4J] Obtain target from a response

Hi Mathias,

SNMP4J v1.1 will include the peer address in the ResponseEvent object.
Until v1.1 is released you will have to put the target you sent your request
to into the userObject you provide to the asynchronous sendPDU
interface.
