[SNMP4J] thread safety in snmp4j

Guy,

SNMP4J has been designed to be thread safe and it has passed a couple
of multi-threading JUnit stress tests on a multi (2) processor machine with
more than 10 threads sending SNMP requests simultaneously over the
same Snmp instance and transport mapping.
