[SNMP4J] commitFailed error on set

Hi,

I am getting errprStatus=14 (commitFailed) while trying to set on cisco 
catalyst 4000 IOS switch, though similar set is working in catalyst 6500 
CatOS,
I am trying to create entry in Bridge MIB filter 
table1.3.6.1.2.1.17.5.1.1.1.
