[SNMP4J] SNMP4J Agent Implementation

Hi Sunil,

SNMP4J's agent support is currently not very advanced, but
in about ten days there will be the SNMP4J-Agent API released
which will provide almost anything needed for an agent implementation.

However, you are looking for a sub-agent implementation. In order
to be able to answer your question, we would need to know which
sub-agent protocol (AgentX?) you want to use?
