[SNMP4J] How to create a row in USM table through SNMP Manager

Hi,

I am using SNMP4j Manager API for writing my own SNMP Manager. Can anyone help me to identify the proper class which I can use to create a new row in USM user table (SNMPv3) of my SNMP agent?

I am not sure if SNMP4j manager provides such class.
