[SNMP4J] TestAgent running error

Dear Frank,

I am having a problem when running TestAgent(SNMP4J-Agent
v1.0-alpha2), I got this error:
671 [main] ERROR org.snmp4j.agent.BaseAgent  -
java.io.FileNotFoundException: SNMP4JTestAgentConfig.cfg (The system
cannot find the file specified). Could you please tell me when the
file will be created or what it should look like? I am running it on
windows xp machine.
