[SNMP4J] SNMP4J 1.6c Released

SNMP4J v1.6c has been released and
can be downloaded from http://www.snmp4j.org

This new patch release again addresses a bug in the retry
handling of synchronous messages.

RELEASE NOTES

SNMP4J v1.6c (since 1.6b)

* Fixed: Sync requests were not removed from pending requests list
  when a response has been received which resulted in additional
  retries.
