[SNMP4J] TableUtils problem

Hi Frank,

Maybe this can help:
When I am changing the order of the table columns in the OID[] and 
I put the problematic column in the beginning and all the rest of the columns after it
I receive valid values.

Hi Liav,

I have created a fix for version 1.1 which seems to work fine
with sparse tables, but before I post it here, I will do some
more tests with different scenarios...
