[SNMP4J] OT. Software to emulate SNMP agent

An alternative would be to use AGENT++ in conjunction with
AgenPro 2 to generate a simulation agent for the MIBs you need.

Using the NET-SNMP agent shipped with most Linux distributions
would provide also a SNMPv3 agent.
